Effective date: 9 April 2026 - Last updated: 9 April 2026

KindoApps is currently operated by Tolga Akgunduz from the Netherlands. This policy explains what personal data our products process, why, and what rights you have.

Products covered

This policy covers applications published under the KindoApps name, currently:

  • Football Tactics Board (FTB) - ftb.kindoapps.com

What data we collect and why

Usage analytics

We collect limited product analytics events, such as when a formation is started, saved, shared, or exported. We use this information to understand how the product is used and to improve it.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and basic performance metrics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies for advertising and is intended to provide aggregated site analytics.

Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest in operating, measuring, and improving the service.

Account and authentication

If you choose to create an account, we process your email address to provide sign-in and account access. Authentication and account data are handled through Supabase.

Legal basis (GDPR): Performance of a contract.

Cloud-saved data

If you sign in, the data you choose to save, such as formations in FTB, is stored in our hosted database so the service can work across sessions and devices.

Legal basis (GDPR): Performance of a contract.

Shared content

When you create a share link, the relevant shared data is stored temporarily so recipients can open it. Shared content expires automatically after a limited period.

Legal basis (GDPR): Performance of a contract.

Local storage

If you use our products without signing in, some data may be stored locally on your device using browser storage. We do not have access to data that remains only in local browser storage.

Payments and billing

If a product offers paid features, checkout and transaction handling are provided by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle may process purchase and payment-related information needed to handle orders, billing, taxes, refunds, fraud checks, and compliance.

We may receive limited order information from Paddle, such as the product purchased, transaction status, and the email address associated with the order, where needed to provide access, customer support, refunds, or comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Legal basis (GDPR): Performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent personal data.
  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
  • We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials ourselves.
  • We do not access locally stored guest data unless you actively share it with us for support.
