Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid purchases made through products offered under the KindoApps name. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the rules that apply to digital content and digital services.

If you ask for a paid digital service or feature to start immediately, and you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that this may affect your withdrawal right, your right of withdrawal may end early or no longer apply once performance has begun or been fully provided, as permitted by applicable law.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us as soon as possible and include your order details:

Please include your order details, including the email address used for purchase and date of transaction. We will respond within 5 business days.

Subscriptions

For subscription products:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you will not be charged again.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by EU consumer law.
  • Refund requests for subscription charges made more than 14 days ago are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptional circumstances

If you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the product and we were unable to resolve it, we will consider a refund regardless of the 14-day window. Contact us with details of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
